At Poppy and Dot, we pride ourselves on getting you your products in a timely manner. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you MUST contact us by midnight on the day of your purchase.
Orders over $75 in value will ship via USPS free of charge. Orders less than $75 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99 for USPS First Class or Priority shipping service. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Most orders will ship via USPS within 24 hours. In some rate cases, we may need up to 2-3 business days from the time of purchase. Poppy & Dot will provide order and shipment confirmations with tracking details for each order shipment.
Poppy & Dot does not ship on U.S. Holidays. We provide tracking numbers for each shipment via email. If you happen to lose yours, please login to your account by clicking on the "person icon" in the top right corner of our homepage.
The exceptions to this are pre-sale items. If the item states that it is a "pre-sale item", please check the product listing on that specific product for the estimated shipping dates.
When paying with a credit card or using some other payment method you must ensure your shipping address is where you would like your item be sent. . Poppy & Dot is not responsible for delivery delays or shipments not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Poppy & Dot is not responsible for returned, lost, or items stolen during shipping. Poppy & Dot is not responsible for packages left by USPS, UPS, FedEx or other shipping services which are dropped off and not signed for by the customer. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping address for your items.
