Delivery and Returns
At Poppy and Dot, we pride ourselves on getting you your products in a timely manner.
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you MUST contact out customer service by midnight of the day of your purchase.
Your item will ship via USPS within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase. We do not ship on Holidays. We provide tracking numbers for each shipment. If you happen to lose yours, please login to your account by clicking on the "person icon" in the top right corner of our homepage.
The exceptions to this are pre-sale items. If the item states that it is a "pre-sale item", please check the product listing on that specific product for the estimated shipping dates.
When paying with a credit card or using Paypal you must check to ensure your shipping address in PayPal is where you prefer the item be sent. PayPal overrides the address originally put into our system with the address you have on file with them. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by you or overridden by your entry in PayPal.
